Joseph Hunchuck Esq.

Joseph Hunchuck was born in Uniontown, PA two hours south of Pittsburgh. In 1994 he and his family moved to Orlando, FL. Joseph went to University High School graduating in 1999. He attended the University of Central Florida from 1999-2004 earning a Bachelors of Arts in History. A few weeks later Joseph accepted a job offer from the Orange County Sheriff's Office to attend the Police Academy at the Valencia Criminal Justice Institute. Joseph graduated in May 2005 and accepted a position as a Deputy in the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Joseph served the citizens of Orange County working on the west side of the county including Apopka, Zellwood, Pine Hills, Ocoee, Winter Garden, Windemere, Orlando, MetroWest, and International Drive. In 2009 Joseph left the Orange County Sheriff's Office to attend Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. 

In 2011 Joseph was accepted to the Barry University Children and Families Clinical Program as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Legal Intern. The Clinic would take criminal cases directly from the Ninth Circuit Public Defender and work the juveniles' cases and dependency issues.

In May 2012 Joseph graduated from Barry University earning his Juris Doctorate. He sat for the Florida Bar in July 2012. Joseph passed the Florida Bar and was made a sworn member in September 2012. In February 2013, Joseph completed the Florida Bar's Masters of DUI seminar.

Joseph continues to live and work in Orange County helping citizens defend their rights in a wide variety of cases. He uses his diverse background as a Deputy Sheriff, Certified Legal Intern, and Attorney experience to gain insight in Criminal, DUI, Traffic, and Family Law
